Vibal Customer Portal Goes LiveMarch 30th, 2017
Vibal Group’s online customer service portal Vibal Partner Network (VPN) is now live. The portal at vpn.vibalgroup.com was designed to make business transactions with Vibal more convenient for the company’s clients.
Through VPN, client schools can easily get in touch with the Vibal Account Executive assigned to their area, edit their school’s profile, and check their school’s balance. A feature that will enable placing and tracking book orders is already in the works and will soon be added.
To log in, a school admin will enter the username and password supplied by the Account Executive. After logging in, the school admin may change the school’s password and update the school’s profile.
