Vibe Technologies Joins Brigada EskwelaJune 1st, 2017
More than 30 Vibal programmers and software engineers took a break from coding and programming to help prep Ramon Magsaysay High School in Cubao, Quezon City for the coming school year. The outreach activity of Vibe Technologies, Vibal Group’s technology arm, occurred a day before the Creatives and Multimedia Departments’ own community engagement program.
Business attires were traded for working clothes as Vibal employees cleaned the classrooms of four-storey Mathay Building. Vibal staff also donated pails of white paint and cleaning materials.

“It’s such a fulfilling experience,” mobile applications developer Rommerson Canete said. “In a small way, I have contributed something for the school and for the students.”
“I learned how important it is to find a way for us to give back to our community despite the busy schedule and that we should not box ourselves in the four corners of the office,” Julius Abarra, also a mobile app developer, reflected.
This outreach activity is part of Vibal Group’s series of community engagement programs, the 64-year-old company’s endeavor to give back to the Filipino community.
